Modulex Group CEO takes over majority ownership of the company
Modulex Group CEO Ketil Staalesen took over majority ownership of the company in April 2021. Norwegian-born Staalesen who considers himself a ‘citizen of the world’ has worked for Modulex for twenty years. Commenting on his aim to take the company into a new era, Ketil Staalesen pledged to honour the Danish roots and the founder, Godtfred Kirk Christiansen’s vision for Modulex. One of Ketil’s long-term mentors, business associates and a minority partner in Modulex, Peter Thorsen said of him:
“The future of Modulex is in excellent hands … I have had the pleasure of working and mentoring Ketil for many years and see him develop into the leader Modulex needs. His vision, passion, and his ability to bring an idea into action will bring Modulex to a new level.”
