Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover – 12 Month Contract), Endpoint (UK)

Currently, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join Endpoint on a temporary basis. The role will provide maternity cover from December ’21 for 12 months, working from both home and our London studio.

Reporting to the MD, the Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the marketing plan and support the BD effort with aligned marketing initiatives, enhancing our external profile and promoting Endpoint’s brand values.


  • Work closely with the Managing Director to deliver Endpoint’s marketing strategy
  • Create content that is engaging and SEO-friendly for Endpoint website, campaigns, and social media channels e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Content includes news and thought leadership articles, newsletters, case studies and PR.
  • Monitor and report marketing performance
  • Support internal communication with regular content
  • Seek and lead opportunities to extend and elevate Endpoint’s profile through networking opportunities e.g. events and conferences
  • Keep company website and social media pages up-to-date
  • Work alongside other areas of the business to develop Endpoint’s external profile, evaluate and develop Endpoint’s PR/reputation
  • Manage the corporate identity across all internal and external marketing channels
  • Maintain the marketing asset database
  • Develop campaigns with the Business Development Team to help win new projects
  • Liaise with Marketing in our Dubai studio
  • Have an appreciation of design and branding

Skills & experience

  • BA degree required (or equivalent)
  • Ability to take projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for press release articles, communications and public relations
  • Develop tailored marketing collateral in support of specific sector campaign outreach
  • Process-driven and always looking to make the process better
  • Ability to work with marketing budgets
  • Manage input with multiple stakeholders and execute to a common vision
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in all MS Office applications
